So far it's been working great. Awesome capacity and fairly quick cooking time.The only CON about this product is that the edge of the heavy duty lid is SHARP. It's almost ridiculous. I've been around rice cookers all my life and this is the only 'dangerous' lid I've ever encountered. Washing with soapy hands, one slip and it slices right through soft hands. Otherwise, it should be alright if you're careful. As for the functionality of the cooker itself, it's fine.
